Door-to-Door (SF Express)
- We charge a flat rate of $100
- Free shipping for orders over $1500
- Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and an additional 2-4 business days for shipping
Convenience Store Pickup
(7-11 / FamilyMart)
- A flat rate of $70 will be charged
- Free shipping for orders over $1,500
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery windows may vary based on store location, typically within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Note: Please bring your ID for pickup. The name on your order must match the name on your ID.
Payment Methods for Taiwan
Credit Card

ATM Transfer
A virtual system-generated account number will be provided through ECPay. Please transfer the payment via an ATM or through online banking within 7 days.
Convenience Store COD
You will be notified by SMS once your parcel is ready for pickup at your local convenience store. Please collect and pay within 7 days.

- Free shipping for orders over TWD$2000
- Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping
