RETURNS POLICY

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important! Since skincare products are considered personal hygiene items, we do not accept returns for used products. We do accept returns as long as an item is still in its original condition, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

Record Unboxing Video

Please film an unboxing video upon opening your package, so if any items are damaged, we can compensate appropriately. If an unboxing video is not taken while unboxing the order, we cannot verify the validity of claims of damaged, missing or incorrect items.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Protective seal is still intact
  • Labels have not been broken

Timeframe

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to you or made available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return your item(s). Please contact our customer service, we will assist you with returns and refunds. You will be refunded to your original payment method.

schedule return parcel pickup time

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and won’t get damaged on the way.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect items returned had been opened, faulty or don’t match what you order - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please reach out to our customer service and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
